Dealer Direct Auto Dealers Supplies is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:

• Shipping is non-refundable*
• A 10% Restocking Fee applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without excess wear)
• Please also be aware that selected items are made to order and may take several business days to ship. Items temporarily out of stock or made to order products may be shipped separately.
  

*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund

Shipping Policies
Shipping to and from  Dealer Direct Auto Dealers Supplies is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location.  For orders over $200.00, we offer FREE shipping within the contiguous United States. All items will be shipped insured at customers request. Some items due to excessive weight may incur additional shipping charges. PLEASE NOTE:  We ship only to the continental United States.
